Privacy for candidates

When an employer invites you to a work simulation, Alignix acts as the processor. Only that employer sees your submission, the automated assessment, your interview answers and how you used AI during the task.

What we collect

• The name and email address the employer supplied to send your invite.
• Your written responses to the simulation and the interview questions.
• Your conversation with the built-in AI assistant, if you used it.

Talent pool opt in

After you submit, you can opt in to have your assessment considered for the Alignix Careers talent pool. Opting in is optional and never affects the employer's decision on this role.

Retention

Assessment data is retained for up to 90 days after the employer closes the campaign, then deleted.
