Can I try Alignix for free?
Yes. The Market Verdict is free and you do not need an account to run it. A free account also gets you your Career Roadmap and Match Report summaries, plus one free Role Trial.
What is a Role Trial?
A realistic work scenario, around 30 to 60 minutes, that you complete at your own pace. Your work is assessed against the Alignix role-readiness rubric and you get a grade, specific feedback, and a Proof Card you can choose to share. It shows demonstrated task capability from an open-resource scenario, and we describe it exactly that way, never as employment experience.
What is the difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro unlocks the full reports: your complete Career Roadmap with a 30/60/90 day plan, the full Match Report with interview prep, your Alignix Score and the Career Simulator. Premium adds the members' area on top: Role Trials with Proof Cards, Role Radar, tailored CV and cover letters, the AI Interviewer, Career Coach chat, and appraisal and pay rise prep.
Is my CV stored?
No. Your CV is processed to produce your results and is not stored. The reports and results you generate save to your account so you can come back to them, and they are yours to delete.
Can you guarantee me a job?
No, and we would be lying if we said yes. Anyone who promises you a job is selling you something. What we can do is make sure you are targeting roles you genuinely fit, positioned honestly, and able to prove what you can do. Those are the parts that are actually in your control.
Can someone do this with me rather than a tool?

Can I cancel or change plan later?
